Studio Policies

General

Payment must be received via Squarespace or Venmo (@burbanrecords) and made in full prior to Burban Records engaging in the Client’s needs and or any of Burban Records’ product offerings.
Clients must in best interest provide Burban Records and or Edward Crowther (whichever is most applicable) proper credit and acknowledgement if media that Burban Records and or Edward Crowther aided in is publicly released.
Upon delivery of final media, Burban Records is not liable for holding or storing any media or work provided by the Client including but not limited to finished media.
If the Client is unsatisfied with the work completed, they are eligible for a 50% refund on the mixing and mastering and guitar services provided. Photography services and Track Review services are not eligible for any refunds and all sales are final.
Burban Records reserves the right to refuse and or deny Clients and their media if applicable.

Mixing and Mastering

The Client must pay in full Burban Records up front prior to Burban Records engaging the Client’s media/needs. Burban Records will provide the Client the quoted price for mixing and or mastering services.
Once payment and media has been received, Burban Records is not obligated or subjected to any deadlines upon completing the Client’s media in effort to preserve and develop the integrity of the Client’s media. Burban Records operates off a best-efforts policy meaning the service is not completed until the Client has signed off via verbal, email, and or written confirmation to achieve the highest quality product.
Burban Records will only release professional grade studio tracks upon the approval of the Client (verbal, email, and or written confirmation) and payment has been made full. Tracks will be sent over in the preferred format via email and made available for download.
The Client is prohibited from publicly releasing any material provided by Burban Records until approval has been made (verbal, email, and or written confirmation) on the media.
Upon the Client choosing to publicly release any material Burban Records has worked on and or has been a part of, the Client must act in the best of interest and provide Burban Records with the proper credits and acknowledgement depending on the publishing platform.
Upon delivery of the finished product, Burban Records will provide a closing email entailing the work completed and acknowledgement of completion.
Once the Client has received the finished product from Burban Records, Burban Records is not held liable or expected to maintain the Client’s media or store it for a fixed amount of time.

Guitar Tracks

The Client must pay in full Burban Records up front prior to Burban Records engaging the Client’s media/needs. Burban Records will provide the Client the quoted price for guitar tracking services.
Once payment and media has been received, Burban Records is not obligated or subjected to any deadlines upon completing the Client’s media in effort to preserve and develop the integrity of the Client’s media. Burban Records operates off a best-efforts policy meaning the service is not completed until the Client has signed off via verbal, email, and or written confirmation to achieve the highest quality product.
